On the afternoon of September 5, 2024, Master Chen Zhilong from the Army Engineering University visited our institute for an academic exchange meeting. Academician Chen Xiangsheng, Dean of our institute and the Future Underground City Research Institute, met with guests and presided over the meeting. Associate Professor Ren Rui from the Army Engineering University, Professor Lv Haimin from our institute, Associate Professor Sun Xiaohui, Associate Professor Lai Yani, Associate Professor Zhao Debo, and more than 20 senior students attended the meeting in person. The exchange meeting was held in Conference Room 1007, Zhili Building, Yuehai Campus (South District).
Master Chen Zhilong delivered an academic report titled "Exploration of Resilience Planning for Urban Lifeline Systems".
The report starts from the background and concept of resilience planning for urban lifeline systems, introduces the theory of multi-dimensional, full process, multi feature, and full attribute resilience planning, and presents case studies of resilience planning for lifeline systems in Xiong'an New Area and protection planning for lifeline systems in Beijing.
