The Helmholtz Association of German Research Centres is composed of 19 German national laboratories, with research fields mainly covering six major areas: energy, earth and environment, health, key technologies, aeronautics and astronautics and transport, and the structure of matter. It now provides a list of positions for applicants for the 2020 state-sponsored doctoral students or joint-training doctoral students to Germany. Applicants who intend to pursue a doctoral degree or undertake joint doctoral training may contact them as appropriate. After obtaining the admission notice or invitation letter from the German side, applicants must submit their application to the China Scholarship Council between March 10 and March 31.
