I. Online Program Briefing

II. Program Introduction
The International Organization Internship Program is jointly organized by the Shenzhen University Study Abroad Service Center and Global Cultural Adventurers. Based on students' international career development plans and after interview assessment, students enter international organizations worldwide and, under the guidance of local staff, undertake international organization internship work for a period of 1/2/3/5/6/9/12 months.
Throughout the program, participants stay with host families or in apartments. Besides the internship, they can also visit local cultural and natural landscapes and deeply experience foreign culture.
III. Program Advantages
1. Valuable experience of international organization internship: during one's school years, gaining work experience through an internship in an international organization is a distinctive internship experience.
2. Certificates issued by heavyweight international organizations: those who successfully complete the program will receive a high-value certificate or recommendation letter issued by the international organization where they interned, providing support for subsequent further study/employment.
3. Multi-faceted understanding of the needs for internationalized talents: contact with international organization or government officials of various positions and professional backgrounds; the internship work can cultivate the spirit of internationalism and humanitarianism and exercise teamwork ability, which are essential elements for work in international organizations and important bonus points on one's resume when entering higher-level international organizations.
4. Safety assurance: the program organizer is the GCA International Education Group, with no intermediary agencies, and full-process management both domestically and abroad; the program includes high-amount overseas medical and accident insurance.

V. Program Arrangements
1. Internship content
Basic administrative work: public research, document sorting, data collection and compilation, basic translation, basic website maintenance, etc.
Most international organization internships are arranged in the following three stages: pre-job training, basic internship work, and specific internship work arranged according to the intern's overall situation. (For some international organization internship institutions or positions with special requirements, they will be carried out according to the actual requirements.)
2. Program duration
1/2/3/5/6/9/12 months (selectable by the applicant).
3. Departure time
The specific departure time is selected by the applicant, starting from January 2021.
4. Program locations
Asia: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.
Europe: France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, etc.
Oceania: Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, etc.
North America: United States, Canada, Costa Rica, etc.
South America: Brazil, Uruguay, etc.
Africa: South Africa, Egypt, Namibia, etc.

5. Accommodation arrangements
Host family/apartment, standard twin room, 2–3 meals per day provided.
6. Time planning
The application time is expected to take 6 months (including visa time, handled uniformly by the organizer).
VI. Application Requirements
1. Love the country and the Party, abide by laws and regulations, have good ideological and moral character and political quality, and have no record of illegal or disciplinary violations.
2. Be a full-time outstanding undergraduate/postgraduate student aged 18–30 at the time of application, physically and mentally healthy.
3. Have good English communication ability and pass the tests/interviews of the program organizer and the internship institution.
4. Understand and abide by the rules and regulations of the internship institution, accept the specific work arranged by the internship institution, and be proactive, diligent and responsible.
5. Meet other specific requirements of the applied program and the university.
VII. Program Process
Consultation and registration — preliminary review and test — sign agreement and pay application service fee — English speaking test — pay program fee — submit program materials, application and interview (application time is expected to take 6 months, with 0–2 interviews) — issue matching documents and entry materials — visa — purchase air tickets — pre-departure guidance — start internship — internship ends, return home.
Registration deadline: 6 months before going abroad for the internship.
VIII. Consultation and Registration
1. There are 25 places for overseas internship university-wide. Please open the pre-registration link: https://jinshuju.net/f/fRKX5g and submit the intention registration form online. The pre-registration deadline is October 31; admission is based on merit and until the places are filled.
