Preside over the overall administrative work of the college, and take charge of Human Resources, Finance, Audit, and Discipline Development‌

Preside over the overall Party committee work of the college, and take charge of Party Building, Ideology, Ideological & Political Education, Publicity, and Rule of Law‌

Assist the Dean in daily operations, oversee General Affairs Office, international affairs, Teaching Laboratory Center, Alumni Foundation, and legal affairs; assist the Dean in managing human resources, finance, audit, and discipline development‌

Oversee postgraduate teaching and admissions, postdoctoral affairs; coordinate innovation & entrepreneurship education and academic competitions, with specific responsibility for postgraduate innovation and entrepreneurship programs‌

Oversee student affairs, discipline inspection, mass organizations (including Trade Union, Women's Committee, Youth League), retiree affairs, and alumni work; assist the Party Secretary in managing Party affairs, ideological & political education, and publicity‌

Take charge of research management, university-enterprise cooperation, IT infrastructure development, and archives management‌

Oversee the development and management of faculty team (including full-time researchers)‌

Take charge of undergraduate teaching and admissions, continuing education; assist in overseeing undergraduate innovation & entrepreneurship education and professional competitions

Manage research laboratory platforms (including safety management), campus logistics, and bidding & procurement work‌

Assist the leadership team of the college in charge of school enterprise cooperation, publicity, alumni and union work

Assist the leadership team of the college in charge of student (undergraduate, master's) enrollment and employment work

Assist the leadership team of the college in charge of teaching (undergraduate) and internationalization work

Assist the leadership team of the institute in charge of party building, ideological and political work, and disciplinary inspection work

Assist the leadership team of the institute in charge of discipline construction and research platform work

Assist the leadership team of the college in charge of student (doctoral) enrollment and employment, as well as graduate training work
