The Comprehensive Transport and Low-Altitude Transport Engineering Branch of the Chinese Society for Civil Engineering has been approved for establishment (based at Shenzhen University). Applications for institutional or individual membership are now welcome!

Following deliberation and approval at the sixth correspondence meeting of the Standing Council of the 11th term of the Chinese Society for Civil Engineering, it has been agreed to establish the "Chinese Society for Civil Engineering Branch for Integrated Transport and Low-Altitude Transport Engineering". This branch is to be spearheaded by Shenzhen University, with Academician Chen Xiangsheng serving as its principal initiator. The inaugural assembly of the branch is scheduled for May 2026, at which point it shall formally commence its operations.

We cordially invite enterprises, institutions, and experts specialising in integrated transport and low-altitude transport engineering to apply for organisational or individual membership. Together, we shall advance academic exchange and collaborative innovation, jointly serving the national integrated transport system development and low-altitude economic growth strategy.

Registration Process for Corporate/Individual Membership

1. Visit the official website of the China Civil Engineering Society at http://www.cces.net.cn/html/tm/ and click to enter the "Member System". Alternatively, mobile users may access the Member System by scanning the QR code.

2. After clicking the "Organisational Membership Login" or "Individual Membership Login" option, select the "Register Now" button in the top-right corner to access the membership guidelines for organisational or individual members.

3. Read the Membership and Fee Management Regulations of the Society, which stipulate membership fees as follows: institutional memberships at £400 per annum, standard individual memberships at £20 per annum, and student memberships free of charge. Upon completion, tick the consent box and click "Next" to proceed to the membership details form.

4. Complete the organisational/individual membership details. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be accurately filled in. For the source of referral, please select "Comprehensive Transport and Low-Altitude Transport Engineering Branch".

5. Upon completion, click Submit to enter the administrator review stage. Please be patient while awaiting processing. You may log in using the mobile number/Email and password provided to check the review status.

6. Upon approval, proceed with payment of organisational/individual membership fees (student members are exempt from fees) to complete the membership application.
