The 2020 winter vacation is approaching. To ensure the smooth handling of international conference application procedures at our university, please note the following processing time points.

For international conferences planned to be held from the end of February to the end of April, please be sure to complete the on-campus OA system approval and submit the materials for approval to the municipal foreign affairs office through our office before January 3, 2020.

From January 6 to February 18, 2020, materials for newly applying to hold international conferences will not be accepted; supplementary materials for already-submitted international conferences and approval procedures at the foreign affairs office may still be accepted.

Acceptance of international conference application materials resumes on February 19, 2020. For international conferences, complete materials generally need to be submitted to our office 3–6 months in advance.
