According to the work plan, the China Scholarship Council will continue to select outstanding talents with great development potential to pursue doctoral degrees in Japan.
The online application period for the 2021 Japanese Government (MEXT) Doctoral and Japanese Studies Doctoral Scholarships is March 1–15, 2020. Applicants must log in to the State-Sponsored Study Abroad Management Information Platform (http://apply.csc.edu.cn) to apply online and submit application materials as required. All receiving units are requested to submit the selection status and candidate lists in the form of official letters to the Department of European, Asian and African Affairs of the China Scholarship Council before March 30, 2020.
