Notice on Signing the Contract for the 2020 Shenzhen University–National Taipei University of Technology Academic Cooperation Special Research Projects

To the relevant units:

The 12 Shenzhen University–National Taipei University of Technology Academic Cooperation Special Research Projects proposed to be funded by Shenzhen University in 2020 have passed the public announcement without objection, and the contracts now need to be signed. Project leaders (see Appendix 1 for the list) are requested to download the contract template (Appendix 2), fill in the contract as required, and then submit two copies (double-sided printing) of the project contract signed by the project leader, together with the PDF version of the contract (file naming: College (full name)-Name-Project Title), to their college. After the college uniformly reviews and seals them, the paper contracts should be submitted to Room 324 of the Administration Building before 16:00 on May 15, 2020, and the sealed PDF version should be sent to lsy@szu.edu.cn.

Notes:

1. Expected research goals: no fewer than 2 papers published in SCI or EI journals, of which at least one paper is jointly published by both parties.

2. When publishing research results from this project, please indicate "Funded by the National Taipei University of Technology–Shenzhen University Joint Research Program on Academic Cooperation Special Research," with the English full name "National Taipei University of Technology–Shenzhen University Joint Research Program," abbreviated as "NTUT-SZU Joint Research Program."

3. Affected by the treasury payment system of Shenzhen Municipality, and in accordance with the requirements of the university's Planning and Finance Department, the funds for the Shenzhen University–National Taipei University of Technology Academic Cooperation Special Research Projects are allocated and used in the current year and may not be deferred.
