The online application and application acceptance periods for 2021 are divided into two stages: doctoral degree students from March 10 to 31, and joint-training doctoral students from May 10 to 31. Applicants shall log in to the State-Sponsored Study Abroad Management Information Platform (http://apply.csc.edu.cn) within the corresponding period to apply online, prepare application materials in accordance with the Application Materials and Explanations for the 2021 National High-Level University State-Sponsored Postgraduate Program (for domestic applicants) or the Application Materials and Explanations for the 2021 National High-Level University State-Sponsored Postgraduate Program (for applicants studying abroad), and submit them to their employer for review.

On-campus application procedure: After applying online, print the Unit Recommendation Opinion Form, and fill in the top section as follows:

The recommendation opinion column shall first be filled in by your college according to the column requirements and actual circumstances (the recommendation opinion should also be sent in WORD version to zhangt@szu.edu.cn), with the college leader's signature and college seal. Our office will then report it to the university leaders for unified approval and stamp it with the seal of Shenzhen University.

Afterwards, our office will send the materials to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, which will report them to the CSC.
