报告题目：从G01到G04：自然科学基金申请心得

报告人简介：

汪涛，重庆大学公共管理学院副院长、教授、博士生导师，主要研究方向为智慧城市治理、城市韧性与可持续发展。入选国家级青年人才、重庆英才·青年拔尖人才、巴渝学者·青年学者计划，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，面上项目3项。近年来在Production and Operation Management，International Journal of Project Management，IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management、Resources, Conservation & Recycling、Communications Earth & Environment，《中国管理科学》等高水平中英文期刊发表论文60余篇，出版专著1部，主编住建部十四五规划教材1部。现任中国管理科学与工程学会理事，中国城市经济学会基础设施与运维管理专业委员会副主任委员，重庆市行政管理学会副会长，《工程管理学报》及Journal of Green Building期刊编委。

Professor Wang Tao is Associate Dean and PhD Supervisor at Chongqing University's School of Public Administration. His research focuses on smart city governance, urban resilience, and sustainable development. He has been recognized by National-level Youth Talent Plan, Chongqing Talents: Young Top-notch Talents, and Bayu Scholars: Young Scholars Program. He has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Youth Project and three General Programs. In recent years, he has published over 60 papers in high-impact Chinese and English journals such as Production and Operation Management, International Journal of Project Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Resources, Conservation & Recycling, Communications Earth & Environment, and Chinese Journal of Management Science. He has authored one monograph and edited one textbook included in the 14th Five-Year Plan series by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Currently, he serves as a Council Member of the Chinese Association for Management Science and Engineering, Deputy Director of the Infrastructure and Operation Management Professional Committee of the China Urban Economics Society, Vice President of the Chongqing Administrative Management Society, and Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Engineering Management and Journal of Green Building.

报告摘要：

在科研竞争激烈的环境中，成功申请科研项目直接反映了科研人员的学术水平和研究项目的创新价值。报告人以其丰富的科研经历与项目申请经验，深度剖析了从管理科学与工程（G01）领域跨越至公共管理（G04）领域的自然科学基金申请策略与心得。首先回顾了在G01领域内的研究历程；随后阐述转型至G04领域的动因与挑战；最后通过具体案例分析，展示了项目申请的全过程，分享相关技巧与方法。

In the competitive environment of scientific research, successful application for research projects directly reflects the academic level of researchers and the innovative value of research projects. Based on his rich research experience and project application experience, the speaker gives an in-depth analysis of the strategies and insights of applying for natural science funds from the field of management science and engineering (G01) to the field of public administration (G04). Firstly, he reviewed his research history in G01; then he explained the motivation and challenges of transitioning to G04; finally, he demonstrated the whole process of project application through specific case studies and shared the relevant techniques and methods.
