The 2020 winter vacation is approaching. To ensure the smooth handling of procedures for our university's teachers going abroad (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) on official business, please note the following processing time points.

For visits planned from the end of February to early April, please be sure to complete the on-campus OA system approval and submit the materials for approval to the municipal foreign affairs office through our office before January 3, 2020 (the first and second steps of the approval process).

From January 6 to February 18, 2020, approval materials will not be accepted; procedures such as passport and visa materials and borrowing of certificates may still be handled.

Acceptance of approval materials resumes on February 19, 2020. Teachers planning official visits after mid-April are advised to submit their OA applications before the vacation in advance, so as to ensure the smooth progress of the approval process.

Working hours of the Official Travel Approval Office (every Monday and Wednesday, excluding statutory holidays):

January: 13th, 15th, 20th, 22nd, 9:00–11:30 a.m. (no staff on duty in the afternoon — submitting materials to the city).

February: 3rd, 5th, 10th, 12th, 17th, 9:00–11:30 a.m. (no staff on duty in the afternoon — submitting materials to the city).
