应深圳大学土木与交通工程学院的邀请,柳州欧维姆机械股份有限公司副总工程师、新技术研究所所长、同济OVM预应力研究中心副主任、东大欧维姆预应力联合研发中心副主任邹易清博士将于202016日到访土木与交通工程学院进行学术报告和交流工作。

报告人简介

 

邹易清, 博士,博士后,高级工程师。现任柳州欧维姆机械股份有限公司副总工程师、新技术研究所所长、同济OVM预应力研究中心副主任、东大欧维姆预应力联合研发中心副主任。2013年在中国科学院获博士学位。2014-2017年在华中科技大学从事博士后研究工作,研究方向缆索磁致伸缩导波无损检测及其工程应用。长期从事桥梁拉索新技术研究。主要研究方向为:拉索振动控制,拉索防火、防爆和防破坏、拉索智能化和拉索耐久性等。曾参与国家天文台FAST项目、嘉鱼长江大桥、平南三桥、印度ZUARI桥、土耳其BB3桥、埃及REF桥和韩国LEGO桥等重大工程建设。获国家专利30余项,在国内外期刊发表科研论文20余篇。

 

Dr. Zou is senior engineer, deputy chief engineer of Liuzhou OVM Machinery Co., LTD, director of new technology research institute, deputy director of OVM prestress research center of Tongji University, deputy director of OVM prestress joint research and development center of Southeast University. He received his doctorate from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2013. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher in Huazhong University of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2017. His research direction is nondestructive testing of magnetostrictive guided waves of cables and its engineering application. He has long been engaged in the research of new technology of bridge cables. The main research directions are: cable vibration control, cable fire protection, explosion and damage prevention, cable intelligentization and cable durability. He has participated in major projects such as the National Astronomical Observatory FAST project, the Jiayu Yangtze River Bridge, the Pingnan Third Bridge, the Indian ZUARI Bridge, the Turkish BB3 Bridge, the Egyptian REF Bridge, and the South Korean LEGO Bridge. He has obtained more than 30 national patents and published more than 20 scientific research papers in domestic and foreign journals.

报告内容简介

 

随着物联网、云计算、大数据等技术的发展,智慧城市、智慧桥梁已成为国家政策倡导的热点。目前国内外还无法通过某单一技术指标诊断出缆索的健康状态和使用寿命。研发可感知拉索索力、振动、锚头内部温湿度、积水、腐蚀状态的智能拉索,实现拉索状态数据可视化展示和存储;数据覆盖拉索生产、施工、运营全生命周期;提供拉索在役状态评估及科学管养决策.  

 

With the development of the Internet of Things, cloud computing, big data and other technologies, smart cities and smart bridges have become hot spots for national policy advocacy. At present, the health status and service life of a cable cannot be diagnosed through a single technical index at home and abroad. Developed a smart cable that can sense the cable force, vibration, temperature and humidity inside the anchor head, stagnant water, and corrosion status, to realize visual display and storage of cable status data; data covers the entire life cycle of cable production, construction, and operation; Provide assessment of in-service condition and scientific management decision of cable.
