报告人简介：

赵元超，全国工程勘察设计大师、中国建筑西北设计研究院总建筑师、教授级高级建筑师、国家一级注册建筑师、博士生导师。

1997年被授予"陕西省劳动模范"和"陕西省新长征突击手"的光荣称号；2000年起享受国务院政府津贴；2002年被评为全国优秀科技工作者；2020年授予全国劳动模范。兼任中国建筑学会资深会员、中国建筑学会常务理事、第五届中国建筑学会建筑师分会副会长、《建筑学报》编辑委员会委员、中国建筑学会寒地建筑学术委员会副理事长、全国注册建筑师管理委员会委员、陕西省土木建筑学会建筑师分会会长。其设计作品“西安市浐灞生态区行政中心”及“杨凌国际会议展览中心”获国家优秀工程设计银奖，并获省部级以上优秀工程一等奖60余项、获中国建筑学会、中建总公司等多项大奖。

Zhao Yuanchao is a national engineering survey and design master, chief architect of China Northwest Architectural Design and Research Institute, professor level senior architect, national first-class registered architect, and doctoral supervisor.

His design works "Xi'an Chanba Ecological District Administrative Center" and " Yangling International Convention and Exhibition Center" have won the National Excellent Engineering Design Silver Award, and have won more than 60 first prizes for excellent engineering at the provincial and ministerial levels, as well as multiple awards from the China Architecture Society and China Construction Corporation.
