报告题目:城市灾害韧性管理的跨系统跨维度挑战与应对

报告人简介:

清华大学建设管理系长聘副教授、博士生导师、土木水利学院院长助理,可持续城镇化研究所所长,主要研究领域城市防灾减灾与韧性管理。主持或参与了20余项省部级以上科研项目,发表了90余篇SCI/SSCI论文,出版专著1本,持有6项授权发明专利,并获得北京市与广东省科技进步一等奖、公共安全学会青年科技奖等多项荣誉。作为国家海外高层次人才引进计划青年项目入选者,爱思唯尔“中国高被引学者”,麻省理工科技评论中国区“35岁以下科技创新35人”和福布斯中国“30位30岁以下精英榜”。国际学术期刊Advanced Engineering Informatics、ASCE Journal of Management in Engineering副主编,国际建造自动化与机器人学会(IAARC)理事,并在多个学术组织中担任理事及副秘书长,全联房地产商会数字城市分会副秘书长、中国建筑学会工程管理研究分会青年论坛副主任委员。

ProfessorNanLiis a tenured associate professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Construction Management at Tsinghua University. He also serves as the assistant dean of the School of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering and the director of the Institute for Sustainable Urbanization. ProfessorLi's research primarily focuses on urban disaster prevention, mitigation, and resilience management. He has led or participated in over 20 research projects at the provincial and ministerial levels, published more than 90 papers indexed by SCI/SSCI, authored one monograph, and holds six granted patents. He has received multiple honors, including the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress from Beijing and Guangdong provinces, as well as the Youth Science and Technology Award from the Public Security Society. As a recipient of the National High-Level Talent Introduction Program for Youth, he has been recognized as a Highly Cited Researcher by Elsevier, included in MIT Technology Review's list of "35 Innovators Under 35" in China, and featured in Forbes China's "30 elite under 30 years old" list. ProfessorLiserves as an associate editor for the international academic journals Advanced Engineering Informatics and ASCE Journal of Management in Engineering, and is a council member of the International Association for Automation and Robotics in Construction (IAARC). He also holds significant positions in several academic organizations, including deputy secretary-general of the Digital City Branch of the All-China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce and deputy chair of the Youth Forum of the Engineering Management Research Division of the China Architecture Society.

报告摘要:

在我国城市安全面临各类灾害事故严重威胁的背景下,提升城市灾害韧性是关键的战略目标,而基础设施的韧性管理是实现这一目标的重要内容。报告人深入分析了当前城市基础设施面临的挑战,阐释了基础设施与灾害影响之间的复杂关系,并提出了增强基础设施韧性的关键路径。

In the context of various serious threats to urban safety in China posed by disaster incidents, enhancing urban disaster resilience has become a critical strategic objective, with infrastructure resilience management serving as a key component in achieving this goal. The reporter provides an in-depth analysis of the challenges currently faced by urban infrastructure, elucidates the complex relationship between infrastructure and disaster impacts, and proposes key pathways for strengthening infrastructure resilience.
