报告人简介：

毛超，重庆大学管理科学与房地产学院党委书记、教授、博导。获“重庆英才计划青年拔尖人才”、“重庆市巴渝青年学者”、“宝钢教育奖”、“重庆市巾帼建功标兵”、“西部（重庆）科学城女性科研工作者”等称号。担任重庆市教学信息化与教学方法创新指导委员会委员、中国建筑学会工程管理研究分会理事成员、中国城市科学研究会建设互联网与BIM专委会理事成员、中华建设管理研究会理事。获英国皇家特许建造师（MCIOB）专业资格。主要从事智能建造与建筑工业化、智慧城市治理、建筑碳排放、建筑信息技术和数字孪生等领域研究。主持国家社科基金项目2项、国家自科基金1项、科技部国家重点研发项目子课题1项、教育部人文社科规划基金项目1项、市级社科基金和自科基金等4项、其他省部级及校级教改项目20余项。发表论文100余篇，出版专著3本、译著3本、教材2本；专利5项、软件著作权4项。曾获得国家级教学成果奖二等奖3次、重庆市教学成果奖特等奖和一等奖、全国高校教师教学创新大赛三等奖、重庆市教学创新大赛一等奖、住建部华夏科学技术奖二等奖等。

Chao Mao is the Party Secretary of the School of Management Science and Real Estate of Chongqing University, professor and doctoral director. She has been awarded the titles of“Chongqing Talent Program Young Top Talent”,“Chongqing Bayu Young Scholar”,“Baosteel Education Award”,“Chongqing Women's Pioneer in Building Success”, and“Female Research Worker in Western (Chongqing) Science City”. She has been honored with the titles of“Women's Pioneer of Women's Work in Chongqing”and“Female Scientific Research Worker of Western (Chongqing) Science City”. She serves as a member of Chongqing Teaching Informatization and Teaching Method Innovation Steering Committee, a council member of the Engineering Management Research Branch of Architectural Society of China, a council member of the Construction Internet and BIM Special Committee of China Urban Science Research Society, and a council member of the Chinese Construction Management Research Society. He was awarded the professional qualification of Royal Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB). He is mainly engaged in research in the fields of intelligent construction and building industrialization, smart city governance, building carbon emission, building information technology and digital twin. He has presided over 2 projects of National Social Science Foundation, 1 project of National Self-Science Foundation, 1 sub-theme of National Key R&D Project of Ministry of Science and Technology, 1 project of Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Fund, 4 projects of Municipal Social Science Foundation and Self-Science Foundation, and more than 20 other provincial, ministerial and university-level teaching and reform projects. He has published more than 100 papers, 3 monographs, 3 translations, 2 textbooks, 5 patents and 4 software copyrights. He has won the second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award for 3 times, the special prize and the first prize of Chongqing Teaching Achievement Award, the third prize of National College Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition, the first prize of Chongqing Teaching Innovation Competition, and the second prize of Huaxia Science and Technology Award of the Ministry of Housing and Construction.
